Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. It was good that the hotel is concerned about the environment so uses refillable soap containers.

Quality hotel but there is a bit of noise
Great hotel but very close to the train station so quite a bit of noise during the night.

Good location, nice basic hotel
Pros:Location, some staff!
Cons:Controlling the travelling of noise. Time the cleaners start work in the morning
Location:Directly between train station and old town.
Checked in Sunday night, receptionist was really lovely, explained everything very well. I arrived by train and it was a short 5-10 min walk, really easy to find.
Was awoken two mornings by the cleaners banging and slamming doors, dropping door stoppers onto the tiled floor. Brought this to the attention of management, but they didn't seem to really care. In general, noise carries quite bit due to the tiled flooring.
The hotel itself is very good- nice beer garden with extensive menu in German and English.
