Parking for hybrid vehicles was not available at the hotel. However, there was a large paid parking lot within a 5-minute walk, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience, and the staff were the kindest people I met during my trip in Austria.

We booked a superior room for two separate nights and found both times the rooms to be rather tiny I would say. It's hard to know exactly what you're getting when booking as there are many different room pictures for this specific room type. That being said, as it was only a night at a time it was okay for the time spent in it. Both times the bathroom was good and the room felt clean. We were able to leave our bags before check in opened which was really handy. The location of the hotel is great as it was round the corner from the bus stop to the airport and only a 10/15 minute walk to the old town with plenty of restaurants and shops on the way. The staff were nice and friendly but it was a shame that the restaurant wasn't open when we wanted to eat there on Saturday night. Overall, a good enough stay in a nice location but would have liked the room to be larger for the amount you're paying and description of the room.

This is our third time staying overnight at Salzburg NH. It is a lovely hotel. Stylish and very clean. It is close to city center and they provide breakfast in the hotel.

It is a great location, 5 minutes walking from the main street were you can find restaurants and stores....very quiet and safe area....also close to the train station. Boutique hotel, rooms are nice and clean, small, but sweet! Would stay there again!

First of all - full real air conditioning. Too often in Europe there is either no AC or there is some sort of “economical” one. With 32C/close to 100F outside you really need one. Great breakfast with gluten free options. If you refuse room cleaning you get drink coupons for the bar. The hotel is 100 feet from pedestrian street with tons of shopping and dining options.
