This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious,, the breakfast is delicious, but most importantly the staff and service are the best, they are very friendly and competent. The hotel is very clean.

Ditter, the concierge is SOOO NICE! Our first room’s A/C was not working but it was resolved quickly. Housekeeping wasn’t great but after we mentioned it, it was great! The restaurant Backi at the corner is AMAZING!!

Great discovery!

Really nice new hotel well positioned for visiting by foot. Personal is very kind. We absolutely loved our 2-day stay in Salzburg. My only small negative point is that the air conditioning is not able to go below 23. As Canadians, it’s a bit too hot to sleep. The most positive point was the excellent restaurant in the hotel. De-li-cious!!!

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. Excellent value for money. Much nicer and much cheaper than our Munich hotel- would stay again in a heartbeat.
