Being downtown, you have your choice of the best eateries in the state, and you`re only 1 block to a grocery store, local coffee shop & liquor store, & still only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, and an easy 10 mins from the airport.
Our historic avenue`s home includes five unique rental units. This unit is located on the first floor just to your right after walking in the front door.
