10-Yr Anniversary, Unclean and Worn Down

Went for 10-year anniversary getaway. The staff was nice and waived the parking fee. Pretty empty place, and the amenities weren't great. The pool was dirty, and the jets for the hot tub did not work. The room was next to another with a barking dog, and there were noticeable stains on the bedding, and most noticeably, the wall across the toilets had multiple pee stains. The AC kept waking me up due to how loud and clangy it is. We did enjoy the view from our hotel window, but otherwise I wish I had gone to a different spot for such an important memory.

Comfortable stay

Overall the room was quiet and comfortable. It was walking distance to some places but was a little sketchy of an area just a block away. The TV in the room didn’t work but it was already late and they compensated us with Starbucks that is on site. I don’t think the refrigerator was very cold but that could just be me.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Parking price was reasonable. However, the sauna was broken, and there was no sign on the door to notify people of that. The fireplace also was never on. We asked them to turn it on two different nights. We waited out there for 30- 45 minutes and it never worked ( maintenance has to turn it on) besides those two things it was great!

Spotless, friendly staff, great view!!

Check in was quick, hassle free, friendly and efficient. Room request for upper floor end of hall was met perfectly. Room was immaculate, with a great view and small balcony. Bathroom had large walk-in shower, clean and the softest towels. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Comfortable and good value

It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job updating everything. It’s downtown and accessible to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Really great place for the money.

Step up your game

The room was nothing special like even though I paid so much money for comfort and luxury. Unlike all the other hotels breakfast wasn’t included. They still wanted to charge me for a breakfast buffet. Keep in mind like the room was already $179, when I pay for luxury, I expect it to be luxurious and extra comforting with all the amenities included not having to pay extra for stuff that I’ve already bought. The room was nothing special. I think the Sheraton could really step up their game if they’re going to charge people the amount they are
