The TV didn’t work, lights on the wall had their cords cut, the sink was plugged, the indoor pool was closed for the season. Overall, this hotel was dirty and would not recommend.

I want a refund or credit because this was unacceptable. There was only one person there and I got checked into a room with a broken toilet . They told me no maintenance was available so they moved my room. It was still the same thing and I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I ended up checking out hours after I came . Didn’t even get sleep. They also state visitors can’t go in the room or pool area (pool and hot tub were closed) or anywhere else. This is insane. Why are they controlling visitors ? I want my money back!
