This is a pet friendly hotel. We do not own animals and are highly sensitive to the smell of dogs. We stayed here twice, the day of arrival from the airport and the day of departure. The first room did not have an odor. The second time the smell was overwhelming.

We decided somewhat last minute to stay the night in SLC after arriving at the airport and they had only one room with 2 beds left online so I booked it. When I arrived to check in, the gentleman at the desk apologized that they actually had no more rooms with 2 queens, but that for some reason the app allowed me to book one as well as another person. Since it was a non-refundable booking, he couldn't change anything about the room, but was able to put me in a room with a bed and a pull-out couch. It was not his fault and he handled it very politely and was able to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was clean and pretty spacious and was a great value for what we paid. Continental breakfast wasn't extensive but was sufficient...although there were no proteins available! Would stay here again.

Room service was terrible.Noisy at night. The last night we were there, it sounded as if somebody was vacuuming the upstairs room. The people next to us were banging on the the wall that divides the rooms. Breakfast was very poor. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn and the experience was totally different.
