Our stay exceeded expectations and was perfect for our large group ski trip. The location was ideal, making it easy to get to the slopes (50 min) and enjoy the surrounding areas. The home was remarkably well stocked - especially the kitchen - which made cooking and group meals effortless. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.We especially loved the hot tub and covered patio for relaxing after long days of skiing. The basement was a huge bonus, packed with amenities like game tables, a sauna, and a movie room that kept everyone entertained. We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future!

Great house, but in a busy street

This is a beautiful, comfortable and large house that is well appointed and designed. There are lots of pluses that include a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and supplies, a soaking tub, hot tub, sauna, theater room, pool table and ping pong table. However, the house is on a busy street and the street noise kept many of us from enjoying a good night’s sleep. I had not seen this in prior reviews, and if I had I would not have picked this property.

Beautiful home

We went to Utah for our granddaughter's graduation from college. The house was perfect for a family reunion and a small graduation party. The house was very neat and clean looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It has a beautiful backyard and the kids were playing wiffle ball and having a great time. There was one small problem with the barbecue but I'm sure it's fixed by now. Overall we really had a wonderful time And I would stay at that house again

Perfect space!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed! We had 4 families stay and it fit everyone perfectly with plenty of beds and space to hang out. There was always something for the kids/teenagers to do with the pool table, ping pong, theater room, hot tub, sauna, and big yard to play spike ball! (Just make sure you wear shoes in the backyard cuz there were some stickers.)

Perfect Family Plan

We loved staying in this beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home! It was an ideal hub for our multi-gen family gathering. We found everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We were pleasantly surprised by the property; the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was perfect, very clean, and in a neighborhood that felt safe and was quiet. The host, Kim, was responsive and accommodating, and checked in the day after our arrival to make certain things were going well. We were in the city for a soccer event and spent most of our time at the soccer field or asleep, but this property could be a vacation itself (especially the master shower!). The house is large and comfortable, with lots of space to relax as a family or to have quiet time. The main floor living room is where we gathered but there’s an upstairs sitting room and a basement. The basement has a theatre, which was bigger than we expected and perfect for a large group. My favorite thing, though, was the towel situation. Rentals never seem to have enough of them, but this place has more than enough, and the host even thought of providing dark towels for makeup wearers. Great home, great location for us, and a great host! We look forward to staying here if we’re in the area again and will definitely try the sauna next time.

Spacious, Seamless & All-Around PERFECT Retreat Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the property with a group of friends for a little retreat! The process to check in/out was seamless, communication with the host was prompt for any questions we had along the way, the capacity of rooms was very generous to house our whole group comfortably, and the amenities were perfect to keep us occupied and entertained! We especially enjoyed the theater room for us to be able to watch movies and project our own consoles/games for us to play together as a group! A big thank you to the host for accommodating us and making it as easy as possible! We couldn’t ask for anything more and would 100% recommend it to anyone interested in checking out properties around the south Salt Lake Valley area!

Excellent modern house for family vacation

The property was exactly as described and the perfect vacation for our large family. The house was spotless! Game room downstairs was great for movies, ping pong and pool. Kitchen was well equipped (enough glasses, dishes and silverware for all of us!) for family dinner prep and two fridges and oven/stove combos can really help with cooking/heating. Easiest access resorts for skiing are Sundance and Big/Little Cottonwood Canyon and great powder days with time in the hot tub afterwards. We did not use the sauna but looked nice. Kim was gracious and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this rental for family vacations/holiday/special occasions. Thank you for a great stay!
