I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Draper multiple times as I pass through the area frequently, and I've generally had pleasant experiences. The beds are comfortable, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast is consistently great. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed to encounter a large cockroach, at least 2 inches long, that scurried out from behind a cabinet as we were packing up the next morning. While the staff responded quickly to capture the insect, it left me feeling uneasy. If there’s one cockroach, it makes me wonder if there are more. Given the circumstances, I feel that I should have been offered at least some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Despite the clean and welcoming environment overall, this experience does make me hesitant to return in the future unless I can be assured that the issue is addressed.

Stayed 2 nights , didn’t get room service . Shower was in terrible condition with some mold . On the window shades the electrical connection was exposed which is very dangerous. Stuff was nice but room quality was terrible.
