Hotel was fine. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for check in though as this hotel is apparently one of the airline voucher options for cancelled flights. Despite having 3 employees available for checking in guests, one of them kept trying to pass out cookies to the line vs utilizing an available terminal to get the guests to their room quicker.

The place needs an overhaul big time. Carpets are threadbare and everything is dated. The pool is freezing and why in the world did the cement in the hot tub? I love the bar/food though. I’ve stayed here a couple times on accident thinking the brand was safe, but every time I end up here there’s one less reason to like the place.
