The carpets were quite dirty. Elevator carpet had many layers of filth. Quite a few homeless in the area. Things left in automobile might not be safe.

Comfort suite

It was clean. Beds were average comfort level. Our closet door was broken and the accordion door came off the hinges the first time i opened it. And the light switch cover was loose. The shower curtains were so short if you don't keep making sure they are inside the tub, water went out and made a mess. The keys to get in our room had to be replaced three times because the first time they were apparently old and needed thrown away. And we got brand new ones and they worked twice. Then stopped. So got yet one more. We were told that they probably got de magnitized...not quite sure how, but ok. Overall it was an average stay. Staff were all nice and friendly though. The food is average hotel food. You could easily hear the people loudly in the hallway and up above us. Sounded like kids loudly running around late at night. Very obnoxious ive never had that issue before.

Our room was nicely updated with comfortable beds, great mini-fridge and microwave but carpets in hallways and public spaces were worn and stained. Definitely had the best breakfast and best food layout of any hotel we've stayed in. Shuttle service was right on time but there was nothing to indicate you needed to sign up in advance at the front desk.
