Cozy cottage with jacuzzi and access to lake

In WINTER preferably to use AWD to get to cottage! This welcoming cottage in a pretty wooded area is located 1h40 from Montreal in the Lanaudière region, 15 min from village and 5 min from the Val-St-Come ski base.
For your comfort, our chalet has three bedrooms on the second floor, sofa-bed on the ground floor and a large bathroom and a powder room equipped with washer and dryer. Our large kitchen with an island is fully equipped and you will have a great time cooking gourmet meal. A dining room with a completely fenestrated veranda for a morning or after spa coffee and a cozy living room from where you can observe the peaceful scenery. Enjoy with our outdoor facilities: private dock, 4-season spa, barbecue, and fire pit and access to lake (7 min walk).
In addition, the indoor fireplace will warm you up on colder evenings while watching Netflix or any other channel on YouTube.Come stay in Lanaudière & enjoy the joys of the outdoors in all seasons.

- 5 minutes from the Val Saint-Côme tourist ski resort. With 300 meters of vertical drop, 37 trails, eight of which are lit in the evening and two snow park areas, the mountain promises challenges that meet the tastes of skiers and snowboarders.

- Chute-à-Bull Regional Park welcomes you to the site of a former lumberjack camp where you have access to hiking trails and several waterfalls, including an 18 m high waterfall.

- Fatbike located in the heart of the village of Saint-Côme, the Louis-Philippe-De Grandpré park is among the first networks to offer single track mountain bike and fat bike trails for the winter season in Lanaudière. These 31 trails for a total of 15 km of trails with flow were developed by the Municipality with the help of the non-profit organization and volunteers from Plein Air Lanaudière. Nature is diverse and there are trails for cyclists of all levels.

- The Ranch-O-Bois Rond, a riding camp for ages 8 to 16. Introduction to horseback riding and hiking simulation. As part of training or lessons under the supervision of equestrian tourism instructors, young people will learn to ride a horse or prepare for a ride. The perfect place for a different and safe adventure.

- Mountain and climbing park, St-Alphonse -Rodrigue, a large scale climbing site which offers more than 170 routes of all levels with a season from end of April to beginning of November.

- Swaggin trail and refuge (Saint-Côme). At the start of the trail you come across the Swaggin Hut which can accommodate up to 20 people. Level of difficulty Intermediate, elevation 300 m, duration 4.5 h and number of kilometers 8 km (one way).

- St-Côme Ice Festival with the impressive ice sculptures that animate the charming village. Activities for everyone: entertainment, shows, traditional music, ice sliding and much more! Saint-Côme en glace, a must in the Lanaudière region.

Un endroit magnifique où s’envoler en plein nature. Très beau chalet , bien situé. Propriétaire très à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Le chalet est très bien équipé pour toute les besoins de toute la famille. Très propre et super bien organisé. Ma famille et moi nous avions adoré , voisinage et paysage magnifique sur la montagne. Summer 2023

Our family stayed at this property in August 2023. We were in the area for a relative's wedding. The chalet was clean, bright, and spacious. Mirbek (our host) was always very responsive whenever we had any questions, and was a fantastic person to deal with, from our initial inquiries back in December, through to the conpletion of our stay. The area itself seems to be more of a winter destination (lots of ski hills) than a summer destination (not many sandy beaches), but if a quiet mountain getaway is your style, then this is the place for you. Note that the road from the highway up to the chalet is not paved, which can make for a bumpy ride, especially with a fully loaded vehicle!

House was perfect and met all our need.

Experience was good. One of the toilets was out of order so that was tough , but that could happen anywhere, and the oven was acting up and kept turning off, but the house was perfect otherwise. Host was accessible as required. Only 10 minutes to the ski hill. Would definately stay there again.

WoW quel belle place ! Tranquille et dans la nature. L’organisation de la maison est super bien fait ! L’aire ouverte est très pratique et l’endroit du spa est très accessible et proche du « spot » à feu. La place est donc très intéressante pour passer du temps entre amis .

Comme chez soi

Très joli chalet, chaleureux, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, les lits confortables. Beaucoup d'inclus dont spa, foyer interieur et extérieure. Situé dans un magnifique secteur boisé, notre séjour hivernal a été de toute beauté, les arbres recouvert d'une bonne couche de neige c'était très beau. Je vous le conseil fortement, tranquillité assurée.
