Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Carpets need replaced or cleaned. Our toilet tank lid had a huge chunk broken off. Expect better from Hampton Inn. Received a call the day we were arriving that the pool was out of order. Lots of sad faces!

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a decent pool. We get to the hotel to check in and there’s signs on the doors stating that the Poole is closed until further notice. I get things happen. I was never offered any sort of notice that the pool was out of service or discount on the room for this inconvenience.

It was way better than we expected and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we will return to Frankenmuth.
