Disappointing

The stay was ok. The hotel was under construction so it was a little messy and also confusing. We could not check in when we got there, as the card machine was not working so we had to come back a couple hours later. We were given no directions on our check in, so had to go back to the front desk to ask where to elevators were. And then kind of had to navigate where we were going after we got off elevators on our own, as again, no directions were given. Upon returning home, I discovered I had left a favourite item of clothing behind, which also had sentimental value. I emailed the hotel with no response. So I emailed them again 4 days later, and told them I would get a hold of head office if they did not respond. They finally emailed me back and told me they did not have my item of clothing. It mystery has vanished into thin air. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will steer away anyone that is thinking of going there. It was disappointing.

This property is currently being renovated while serving the public. I was put in a ADA room on the first floor in a yet to be finished portion of the property. I protested my first floor room, the desk clerk said you requested an ADA room; totally NOT true! She was argumentative. I had been up since 0400 and I frankly wasn't in the mood to deal with such an unprofessional and dismissive individual. I know what I booked! The breakfast offerings were adequate. The room was new so at least that was a plus but the television was not working (no signal popped up). I called the front desk. The phone just rang and rang. At this point I just did not care.

The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone Decent breakfast that gets your day going Rooms are average and bed were comfortable which is what I like. There was a baseball tournament so lots of kids in the pool so I didn’t go in Hotel is under renovation and it will be nice once it is done

The breakfast was yummy and the staff was nice. My only hiccup was that the toilet in my room was not bolted down so every time you sat you felt like it was going to break and a lightbulb in a lamp was missing.

This hotel was completely under renovation. The room was fine and the staff were friendly enough but the hotel was completely torn up and being painted and such. It was not the most comfortable because of this. I think there should be notice to consumers choosing to stay there.

The building was in the process of a major renovation that had been going on since February, so there was a lot materials and workers getting things put in their proper places! The staff was very friendly and our room on the top floor was very nice and clean! Enjoyed the smell of the new paint! My wife, not so much! Lol Very affordable price as well!

The room was clean but stuffy and had an odor like stale smoke (although I know there's no smoking allowed in the rooms). The bathroom vent fan was very noisy. It could not be turned off because the light and fan were on the same switch. The outside could really use some work on the landscaping. But this hotel is in the midst of a renovation so maybe all of these issues will be taken care of. Breakfast was good.

It was enjoyable, I would stay again

I really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. They beds were a little stiff for me. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed there so things felt all over the place. My mother and her sister enjoyed the breakfast, however I was busy running around and did not get a chance. My biggest issue was how cold the room was. It was set to 65 and it was freezing in there. I understand having a cool room for guest but that is just too cold. We literally had to put on the heat to go to bed and had to put on long sleeve clothes till it warmed up in there.

Hotel was not very clean. Our room had no dead bolt on the door or any signs as to where to go in case of emergency. No hair dryer in the room and no noise ordinance so it was very loud at night with people talking loud and banging of doors in the hallway. Lady at desk was not friendly. The breakfast selection was horrible.
