Staff were friendly, kind & responsive. Breakfast was good. Had a bit of a hard time keeping the room cool, but finally worked out the air conditioner. Size of the suites are great and amenities are good, but I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness both in the suite and in the common areas. Hotel needs a serious scrub down and perhaps a fresh coat of interior paint in the hallways. Elevator was dirty and spilled liquid on the floor of the elevator remained the entire weekend. Fingerprints everywhere, sticky residue in the suite kitchen and toothpaste on the wall and sink of the bathroom. Would stay again because of the great staff and comfort of the suite. Cleanliness can be greatly improved. Thanks!

Breakfast buffet included in the rate was sloppy, nearly empty. There were no full sized plates, water carafe was empty and no visible hotel workers to ask to replenish food and water. There was no service nor clean towels provided during my two day stay. This despite my request to the frequently unstaffed front desk. Beautiful building and clean well furnished room, however

This might be my new favorite place to stay in Sacramento! The restaurant and bar had a romantic, mysterious vibe, and the food and drinks were amazing. They even had live entertainment—a guy with a guitar who was fantastic. The gym was great too. The only odd part was the shared balcony setup, which wasn’t directly outside my room.
