Great Stay

We had a great stay with our research lab to support data collection in the Yolo/Sacramento Area. The house was nice and spacious.

This property was as-listed, with easy freeway access and was very close to shopping. Overall the house was good. Improvement could be made to make this house more comfortable for guests. There was a need for towels, no hand towels in the bathrooms, only 2 wash cloths total (only in one bathroom). Sponges in the sink were old and looked dirty. Beds were not very comfortable, no screens on windows in the master bedroom so we were uncomfortable to open those windows. Plus the security screen to the backyard has a plastic bag placed in the hole where a deadbolt should be. There was mold in the spare bathroom shower. Overall it was ok and it was functional. But we have definitely stayed in similarly-priced homes that were better stocked and just cleaner.
