Hotel Emma was much better than expected. Reception was extremely friendly, theres a range of teas and coffees available to anyone in the hotel too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is right by the route 4 and route 7 tram stop as well as the metro which makes getting round really easy. Would definitely return when back in Rotterdam

The room is really cosy and comfortable, our room also came with a safe & a mini fridge for drinks. The staff were really nice and helped us when we had an issue (not due to hotel) the best they could.
