There are some major cleaning lapses here - dirt behind doors and under furniture, lack of ample towels, no iron / board in rooms, etc Service was beyond slow and inhospitable. Understaffed so no way to pop in drop bags and run to a meeting.

Location is great .. easy straightforward walk from Rotterdam Central Train Station. Checkin and checkout were both easy .. Grocery store.. AH just right around the corner. Trams accessible right in front of the hotel. Thanks to Kegsjaina at the front desk for quick checkin and for courtesies each day as we headed out to explore Rotterdam. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and the beverage offer in exchange for "staying green".

Room was clean. Shower has mold but manager was advised and he assured that he would address issue. Only a 1 night stay so hopefully it will get corrected for the next guest. He was very proactive towards the issue so I believe he will.
