The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Foodhallen and close to Metro stop. Rooms were a good size, comfy bed, clean and modern. I stayed 4 nights with work in a superior room (which faced the street) and then added 2 nights booking of my own. I was dissapointed that they wouldn't let me stay in the same room without paying extra (I had just booked a big group booking with over 30 rooms so I felt justified in asking), so we decided to move room (to a comfort). However the comfort rooms are internal facing rooms and have windows that don't open. Unfortunately our air con was not working so it was pretty stuffy and warm and we didn't sleep very well. They gave us a fan, but it didn't have much effect. The rooms that face the street at least you can open a window but the road can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. There is an excellent food hall attached to the hotel, and in the morning we just walked across the street to the terminal. Although we didn’t venture outside the hotel, it appeared to be a bustling dining and entertainment area. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel had a really modern quirky feel. Finally, the staff was very helpful, and even printed our boarding passes for us.

Super easy walk from the subway and right across the street from the Cruise Terminal. We stayed the night before our sailing and loved it!! The FoodHall is attached to the hotel and offers a variety of delicious options. The staff was great and talked us into a bike rental. Great experience all around!

Good stay, ideal for cruise port but a good 10/15 minutes walk to centre (although good regular tran nearby). Parking under ear but a little bith tight for an SUV type vehicle. Nice welcome at reception and room available. Booked the large terrace room which is huge and a massive terrace (shared with three other rooms). Big bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and two basins. Overall a good stay in busy developing location.

We had an executive room which included a patio out front. The room was great with lots of seating but the bathroom had an accordion door, which was a little awkward. Our only issue was that we were across the street from the cruise terminal and there is a bar outside. The noise was very annoying on Friday and kept us up till 2 am. The staff was wonderful and Dimitri was able to get us into our room before noon. I have lost my paperwork but the wonderful lady, first desk on the left I think her name is Chantal, was also very very nice.I am sorry if I got her name wrong, I did contact the hotel for the info but they did not get back to me. Great place to stay before a cruise. All we had to do is cross the street.

The hotel is very convenient to the cruise port location and also the food haven. The only thing i didn't like is the steps in front of the hotel, not convenient when you're bringing in heavy luggages especially for seniors.

Checking in was easy with Roos and Annouck at the reception. They held our luggage until our check in. The adjacent food hall was great all kinds of food options. We had trouble getting in our room. It was 120 but I read it as 170. Of course our key wouldn’t work on that one, but there were 2 people cleaning a nearby room and was very helpful to us and walked us to our correct room. Their names are Hanae and a guy jaellah. Also Pedro Francisco assisted us with a corkscrew for the bottle of wine I had ordered for our room. Walking distance to cruise terminal the next day was simple. Directly across the street. Outstanding stay

Too hip and trendy for a middle aged couple

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, service was good, we really appreciated them letting us leave our bags early. No complaints, just a little weird with the bathroom set up in the room. Would not be comfortable staying there with anyone other than my husband. Probably not fo r my demographic, but perfectly fine for the cost.
