Fantastic hotel - location, charm and architecture

Staff very friendly and helpful - they also gave me an unexpected upgrade to a room with a great view of the river, which was lovely. The architecture and design of the hotel is magnificent, and the location - particularly the outdoor cafe overlooking the harbour - is magnificent. Bed linens top quality, and the design of the bathrooms is particularly good. The walk round the water to the SS Rotterdam is well worth it. This is definitely the place to stay in Rotterdam.
