A lovely hotel ideally located a few minutes walk from the train station and central for shops. Hotel was clean, in good condition and staff were friendly. Rooms spacious and food was excellent. Breakfast is a white linen table cloth affair and gives a really lovely start to the day.

Room was consistently cleaned to a very high standard. I asked for a wake up call every day for the week and think it only came 3 times but I didn’t chase it up as it wasn’t super necessary for me. Other than that it was a lovely stay, very nice staff especially Kirsty.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in great condition. The bar was nice with a very good selection of drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really well located, central but on a quiet side street with a park across the road. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Leicester.

Excellent service, central location

I stayed on business for 2nights ( we used the conference facilities which are excellent) The main thing of note was the staff who were without exception excellent. From checking to the night porter all went the extra mile. Of particular note was a freshly cooked breakfast.

5* family trip- Staff were amazing.

All I can tell you is this place was absolutely phenomenal for us as a father with his two children. We were moved into the space room which is themed with star lights, bunkbeds, a control panel and loads of fun things for the children. I cannot fault any part of the entire trip. From the free car park to the amazing receptionist to checking us in early, the amazing huge breakfast choice and the warmth and comfort of the bedroom. This is simply one of the best hotels for the price I have stayed in the UK. This is not a five star hotel with glitz and glamour and expensive furnishings but it is a welcoming comfortable and happy place to stay with friends and family whilst in Leicester.
