Room was very spacious with everything provided. You need to use your mobile to call reception though. Staff interaction was mixed. Dining and bar staff were good but changed every evening (5 nights) so there was no capacity to remember I was GF or that my wine was put away each evening. Reception rarely manned and I had to wait till someone appeared. Reception staff were fine once you spoke to them, but never looked up if you passed by or welcomed you back when you came in at the end of a day out. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Limited tight off street “free” parking - amazed that more car park incidents didn’t occur. Luckily stayed Saturday and Sunday nights, as free street parking after 6 pm and on Sunday directly opposite hotel. Room initially not available at 2.15 for 3 pm check in. Cosy comfortable room with coffee pods and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Beautiful bathroom toiletries. Room at front with views over RTW town. If opt for green option to “Skip the Clean”, then you have to request for extra tea/coffee. Great cooked breakfast choices to go with continental buffet options. Lovely dining room. Only downside was yapping dogs in next room every time they were taken out for a walk.

We think your chef and kitchen staff are brilliant. We had 4 delicious evening meals while we stayed. The menu was varied and we enjoyed each dish that we tried and it had all been freshly cooked for us. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had all we needed. Our breakfasts were delicious too, with plenty of choice. All superb!
