Good facilities, more appropriate for older people
When we arrived we had a very quick check in, minimal description about what the hotel had available for us, very much just this is your room to your rights and restaurant to the left. As a young couple we didn't really feel welcomed.
The room itself was comfortable, we had a good night sleep, however the TV is not a smart TV, couldn't access netflix or anything other than standard TV, which for a 4 star hotel, I expected.
Bathroom was spacious and the toiletries smelt nice.
Breakfast ( included) was very nice, both the staff members in the restaurant and gym were friendly.
The gym is small , but perfect for a couple of guests.
We didn't have a spa treatment but we used the spa facilities.
Good size pool, jacuzzi and steamer. Definitely not suitable for more than 10 people at a time in the spa, it can get crowded, but we went in the morning, which was nice.
On check out, again it was very quick and firm. Other families and couples that were older just had more conversation from reception. We tried but got pushed to the side.
We didn't cause any issues, so we are not sure whether because we were young or 2 females sharing a room was an issue.
