Drug deals out the back door, room smelled like old cigarettes and gave me asthma. Doors have a huge gap in them and don't close properly. I brought my service dog and they stuck me in a double queen room at the end of the hall instead of the king room I booked, presumably because that's their 'dirty' room in case the dog is a fake? The room smelled awful compared to other guests.

The room was run down. Most staff was nice, but the person working checkin on my first night was unfriendly and not helpful. My had water damage and carpet was gross. Bathroom and bedding were clean.
