A place to land

The hotel itself is ok, the best part of the hotel was the larger room with a nice view. Check in was after hours, and we literally never saw anyone for two days at the desk. The breakfast consist of box delivered to the main area with pastries and fruit. Nothing savory. (No breakfast delivered the 2nd morning) The coffee machine was a nice perk. But our toilet ran constantly unless we jiggled it, and when you took a shower, the water filled the basin hardly draining.

Clean rooms and spacious. Walking distance to the colosseum. Staff is not at the hotel in the evening but when they are there they are friendly and helpful.

Guglielmo was awesome and such a big help. Take advantage of him setting up transfers to and from the airport/cruise port. Great price and great service. The hotel was awesome and we would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Rome and had a great experience. I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Guglielmo at reception, who went above and beyond with his guidance and help in everything during my stay. His warmth and expertise truly made me feel welcome and well-cared for. A special mention also goes to the hotel staff and cleaning staff, especially the gentleman responsible for my room. His friendliness and politeness added a wonderful personal touch. My room was comfortable, with windows that provided excellent sound isolation, which is a huge plus given the central location. Despite being in the heart of the city, I could relax in peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Betul

Good room but poor customer service.

I was told I will have an envelope with the key a welcome letter and a city map.when we arrived around 9:00 pm no envelope on the counter, couldn't contact the owner was not answering the # . We have to find a key on the desk and figure out wich one was the room . Everything was fine. The owner needs to adhered to the promised instructions especially if we said we will be there.

It is just a little difficult to locate a small plaque at street level in Brass is all there is. The location is walkable to Colesium., Trevi Fountain and other locales. Guillermo was a good greeter and very helpful with good command of English.

Good location

Small little hotel, only 5 or 6 rooms and it's in the 5th floor of the building. It might be a little hard to miss when you first arrive, cause the sign is super small saying hotel on the building. But if you look you'll see the name on the hotel near the door. I arrived a little after hours so I was emailed a key code to get in and once in the little lobby there was an envelope with my name and room key in it. The three staff members I saw were very friendly and helpful in trying to give suggestions for the area. Each morning they had a breakfast box available for each room, with some fruit and pastries. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Floors are a little dated, but doesn't affect the overall stay. Location is great. About 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and took 45 minutes to walk tonthe Vatican, walking at a comfortable pace. There's a cafe at the corner and a couple restaurants and shops within a few minute walk.

Room Ok, bathroom ok. The room needs some maintenance (floor tiles). Very good location. The fact that reception is only open when the man feels like it, is not ideal. The breakfast box is ok but not again for us.
