Decent, but be careful - shared bathroom. It was clean and the host was friendly and helpful. However, it wasn't clear enough when booking that the room had a shared bathroom. I also booked a comfort room, which I understood to have a double bed, but the room I got had two single beds. Wouldn't stay again knowing what I know.

Located in a busy and noisy main street of a middle class residential neighborhood one block away from a train stop. You are sharing an apartment (kitchen and bathroom) with two other guest rooms. TV/cable does not work. Tiny beds. Ultimately, this location does not advertise check in time at the appropriate time. I had to wait 45 minutes outside to be let in even after coordinating the time. Would not recommend.

Very large and spacious room, easy walk to major attractions (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum) and very kind and knowledgeable host, definitely take his restaurant recommendations!

We stayes at this place for a couple of days and unfortunately we had some issues with the stay. The whole stay we were unable to shower because the water was icecold!!! We tried to contact the guy who gave us the key - Lorenzo I think - about the shower not working, but he didn’t reply until I wrote to him again and again. He never came by, or made an effort to fix it. That was a really disappointing experience - and really inconvenient and unacceptable, that we were not able to take any kind of shower during the entire stay :( also, when some other guests checked in, they of course had questions about the water being cold, and me and my boyfriend had to use our time to explain the problem to them because Lorenzo didn’t reply to our texts!!! The other guests also ate all our groceries and drank our water which was also super inconvenient for us. We would like to have a refund, because of these inconveniences, which made our time in Rome very unpleasant. I hope they contact us.
