Despite an electrical issue on the first night, the management team responded quickly, arranged an alternative stay at another property, and even coordinated a taxi pickup the following morning with clear communication. While the start wasn’t ideal, the remainder of my stay at the property exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, the property was clean, the room was excellent, and the location was very convenient.

Hello everyone, If you’re looking for a hotel that is upgraded,modern ,newly renovated around luxury shopping area Via del Condotti area in Rome , I would highly recommend this place.The staff is amazing with exquisite service.Breakfast is included room service ! And most of all,we arrived at 10:30 just planning to leave our luggages because the check in time was 3:00pm and they were able to accommodate us right away.There was a constant communication with the staff until the day we checked out .Curated planning is their expertise. Overall it was an incredible ,wonderful experience.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and resourceful! They definitely went out of their way for us and we are so grateful. This hotel is amazing. Very clean installations. Very well trained, polite and kind staff, they help us with everything we needed in Rome and do always with the best attitude. The room was very well equipped, with everything you need for a perfect vacation, the breakfast which was included in our stay and it was delicious and beautifully served. We don’t have a single bad thing to say of the hotel neither all their staff. Of course I will recommend it to everyone I know will go to Rome because it is also well located and safe place.

Never write reviews but this hotel deserves my time. Had a wonderful stay here. Huge room with egg bath, separate stunning shower room. Gorgeous living area with a massive L shaped sofa set up for sleeping on one side. My 80 year old mother slept here and didn’t want to leave. Breakfast served in the room if you wish for free. Plenty of choice and delicious. Staff were all extremely friendly and most helpful. They go out their way to make your stay perfect. Rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard, spotless. A mixture of ultra modern design with retention of the old. Bed so comfy best sleeps I’ve had had in years. Few minutes walk to Spanish steps, I didn’t use public transport but it is close by. Right in the hub of things, great vibe at night, great choice of restaurants and designer shops. Excellent value for money. Would most definitely stay here again. Perfect choice for a wonderful city break. 30mins from airport around 50-60 Euros by taxi. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. Location is great, walkable to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. If you love shopping, you are in the center of it. Hotel itself is clean. Staffs were very accommodating. When we complained about the noise, ( drilling and hammering ) from the construction below, the staff said “ usually the guests were still outside and will only come back late “!.Good thing we were upgraded to suite room on our last night after complaining. Had to buzzed in every night to get into the property.☹️One night no one was answering ☹️. Good thing someone, a hotel guest came out from the property. Even if Breakfast was included it can be improve. Serving cereals without milk. Varieties of bread were dry. No face towels for two days. No bathrobes until the fourth or the fifth day of our stay. Had to ask if there were English channels ( no guide how to work the tv ). Well, found out hotel just started two months ago. I would still come back and recommend this hotel!

We stayed as a family with our teenage children. Great area, literally in the middle of all the shopping and amazing restaurants. Staff was very nice and rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was brought to our room and exceeded our expectations. The only thing to beware of is they are located in an area where no cars can drive so if you have a lot of luggage you have to plan your pick up and drop off and/or have to find parking which is not easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This property is VERY new (we were their 5th guests) so they were working out lots of kinks during our stay. You are paying for location so if you book in advance, the price might be perfect, but mine was last minute so a little pricey. It's not a traditional "hotel": it is an apartment building with apartments on the ground flr and 1st flr, then another hotel on the 2nd flr and then the Palazzo on the 3rd & 4th floors. The good: room was very spacious and clean, the location is amazing, the staff tried to provide excellent service (gave us a free breakfast our 1st morning). The bad: no name on front so it's hard to find at first, the entrance courtyard on the ground floor is bare & a little scary at first, elevator is tiny so don't bring huge suitcases, the hotel wasn't ready for guests (construction is still going on all over the 3rd floor where we stayed and issues with room keys), miscommunication prior to arrival (called me to say there were no rooms available after I booked with Expedia, but then they called me about an hour later to say they had a room), no gym, no restaurant (they served breakfast in your room or in a small common area), no full-length mirror in room, the front door of the building was closed after 8pm so you had to get buzzed in each night (good for safety, but this was a hassle rather than just buzzing in with a room key). Even with all of our issues, we still loved the location and the staff. Just don't expect a true hotel experience.

A localização do hotel é excelente, e o quarto é surpreendentemente espaçoso, com um banheiro incrível. O atendimento também foi excelente — equipe atenciosa e prestativa o tempo todo. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã, que é entregue no quarto, o que é conveniente mas com pouca variedade. Ainda assim, a estadia foi muito boa e eu recomendo e voltaria!!!

Hotel incrível, muito bem localizado e tudo limpo. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, atendimento na recepção impecável e o cafe da manha servido no quarto foi maravilhoso! Retornarei com certeza!!!
