It was a quiet guest house, even though lungotevere is a Main Street. It was perfect for short stay, bed & room comfortable size and was easy walking to colosseum and really anywhere. Trastevere is at your doorstep. Best way of contact is via Expedia or calling the contact # they provide, not what’s ap. Helpful in setting up taxi to airport and getting us checked as soon as we got there, we did notify them of our estimated arrival via train and someone was waiting for us for smooth check in. We had a 20€ food & beverage -only used a portion of it. No issue getting a good nights rest.

Fantastic location, we walked everywhere from there. Its in the quiet end of Trastevere, which felt more local, but still endless choice of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. The room was large and really comfortable with a lovely treelined view across to the river. Its on a busy road but the sound proofing was excellent. Laura gave us some fantastic suggestions for restaurants and other places and markets we might like, and made some reservations for us. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Rome!

The woman who assists Laura at the property was very helpful and she gave excellent food and drink recommendations. We didn’t love the check in process as you have to make an appt between 2-6pm usually if you want to be greeted by someone and everything is on a “help yourself” level there. Some people may not mind this though, so not saying it to deter anyone, just to be mindful of it before booking. Also the taxi situation is horrible in Trastevere, so make sure you book a transfer way ahead of time if you must be somewhere on time or prebook a private transfer if you’re trying to make it to the airport or important appts.

It took 3 phone calls and 5 emails for laura to respond to me for out of office check in instructions. I was given a room next to a petrol station and it was noisy all night with drunk people. I was due to receive a Euro 20 food credit and Laura refused this categorically. I found her behavior very unprofessional and incompetent. I wish we cpuld have had a better experience

Very clean and modern apartment in a great walkable area. There is a nice common area with some food and coffee/tea. There were no directions on how to use the coffeemaker - frustrating. The room was a little to bright at night, otherwise it was a nice stay.
