Location was great just a few min from the train station and next to Basilica Maria Maggiore. We had issues entering the big doors with the phone number it told to type (might have been us not having experience dialing abroad and needed to include + a plus symbol). Also could have been more clear to climb the stairs to the first floor since you enter at ground level. It was kind of noisy outside however I think it was a great location and it had books which gave us ideas on what to do in the other cities we visited. This was a self check-in hotel however there was reception during the day. Overall a great stay and the noise we overlooked it did not bother us.

Bed was TERRIBLE was like sleeping on a wooden plank and there was just a sheet over the mattress not a fitted sheet. Also don’t know if it was street cleaning night one of the nights we stayed but could hear every beep and other noise as if the windows were wide open. The windows did not block out any of the noise. The next night it was quieter but can still hear the street noise very well.

The property is very well located, a short walk from Termini Station, and sits within a large mixed‑use building with offices and residences. There is no front desk, but communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and check‑in was smooth. Luggage storage option  is available if needed. My room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the essentials worked as expected. However, the main drawback—and the reason for my score—was noise at night. Being on the first floor, street noise was significant during the night. Consider providing or bringing earplugs. In addition, the shower area is quite small and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a good, accurately described property in a very convenient location.

Clean room, great staff. Easy access to public transportation. Walking to some attractions. We enjoyed our stay however; Unfortunately the bed was very very hard and it's very very noisy area.

Close to Rome Termini and easily accessible. Entrance was simple to find and check instructions clear. Only con is the shower was missing a door and they used a shower curtain instead which was less than ideal in such a small space. Should fix the shower door instead

The property look clean and everything is fine but the air condition is not working and it was very hot there my recommendation is if you can bot sleep or sit without air condition do not think to go there as it is not working and no one will help you till the next morning but the location is good and walkable

I had no issues during my 1 night stay. It was close enough to Roma Termini to walk to and from with a large suitcase. Good air conditioning. Friendly check-in. I would probably stay again if I have an early flight departure because I can catch the train to Fiumicino from the train station

I booked the solo room and it was perfect, the place is super close to Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini station, plenty of stores, dining and bar options. The room is perfect for a solo traveler, spacious, well supplied and very clean. Will for sure keep in mind for future travels.

Honestly amazing. Great value for the price, incredible location. A 2-minute walk to one of the hop-on-hop-off stops, which was great. Supermarkets and restaurants all over. Great communication on WhatsApp too, we wanted some extra blankets and had some questions and Valentina answered everything. Would absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Studio is in a good location, near the train station and the centre of Rome. About 20 minute walk to both. Use Google maps to find the location as there's no sign, only a small name tag shown on the intercom. Room had everything you need for a short stay. Coffee machine with complimentary pods, biscuits and a few small chocolates+2 bottles of water. Bed was comfortable and room well decorated. We enjoyed our two night stay. Temperature was 34 degrees. We looked forward to going back to our air-conditioned room at the end of the day! All in all we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.
