The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Roma Termini station which was very convenient when arriving from the airport and getting around via the metro or bus. There also were a number of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The front desk was courteous and helpful from check in and out to explaining places of interest and how to get around. I was able to check in early as there was a room available in the morning. My room was a classic single room in the annex building which was a block away. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and a good size given the location. The room was also cleaned daily which was fantastic. Thanks to the staff for accommodating my early check out so my luggage could be left in the room (reception was closed at the time) to be picked up in the afternoon at reception. This was an excellent stay!

Plenty of dining and shopping options. Termini train station across the street. Hotel staff members Ruby and Trojan were excellent in providing information as well as vouchers for croissants and coffee in nearby breakfast venues. Would definitely stay there again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The most uncomfortable beds that can e er imagine. They are toddler size and only a sheet for bedding. You have to climb three flights of stairs to get to registration desk only to get to an office with no air conditioning. Then were taken to another building with no elevator. We were given 4 keys to get into the building and into out room. Do yourself a favor, do not stay at this hotel.

Near main train station

As a Singaporean, first time to check in to this type of hotel. Anyway the room is clean and good enough for rest and sleep. Hotel is very near to the main train station and subways, so I think this is the main reason to book this hotel. And the whole area has plenty of this type of hotel - very plain with no other amenities or luxury.

Best stay at Hotel Ciao

This hotel is in a great location to explore Rome. Surrounded by great little bars & restaurants & termini is straight across the road. The room was lovely, comfortable bed & en suite, what more could you ask for. So peaceful during the night as well. The host & hostess were amazing & so helpful, couldnt do enough for you & a mine of Information! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this little spot.

I have stayed 3 nights in an anex building. The room was nice with simple furnishings, clean towels every day and complimentary coffee and tea bags. I also had a small refrigerator in my room. The only small issue - the mattress was a little too hard for me, but that's just my preference.
