I gave 3 star as my shower was clogged for 2 days and I was unable to take shower. It did not help bringing attention repeatedly to the front desk tall guy as he really did not seem to care. However, there was a lady in the front desk on 9th morning who immediately took care of it. She was extremely efficient as she helped to call taxi and took care of my bathroom light. so for her I will give 5 star and for the tall guy, 2 star: otherwise the room was clean and breakfast was great. Only one restaurant close by.
