Excelente estrutura do hotel. Quarto moderno, limpo e confortável. Funcionários extremamente gentis e prestativos. Café da manhã de ótima qualidade e variedade. Sobre o café da amanhã, o único ponto de atenção é que ele começa só às 7:30, o que pode ser um empecilho para quem precisa sair cedo do hotel para ir ao aeroporto, por exemplo, como foi o nosso caso. Fora isso, tem que ficar atento porque a plataforma Hoteis.com diz que o café da manhã está incluso na estadia, mas para o Hotel não constava como incluso na nossa reserva. De qualquer forma o hotel acabou liberando o café da manhã sem custo adicional após explicarmos a situação.

Quarto estava em boas condições, porém a cama e principalmente os travesseiros são de pessima qualidade. Foram noites bem difíceis de passar, a equipe muito educada porém pouco prestativa, aparentemente é o perfil dos romanos, bem fechados. E para piorar tem uma obra em andamento ao lado do hotel, por volta de umas 7 a 8 da manhã já começam com pancadas e maquinários.Achei que não valeu o custo benefício.

Room only had 1 opening to the outside and we were sharing it with the next room. Meaning it opened to a balcony which we had to share with another room. This limited our usage to it. We couldn’t keep the balcony door open at night or we couldn’t leave it open when we go outside. Due to this the room’s air always felt it was not fresh. There was fridge but there was no bottled water or any other basic accommodation items (kettle, tea etc.) in the room. Sheets and toilet were clean.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable

Chouette hôtel, bien situé. La chambre était assez spacieuse pour que nous soyons bien installés. Un chauffage à l'intérieur de la salle de bain aurait été le bienvenu.

Vinter tur til Rom

Brugte hotellet til en kortere turist tur til Rom. Det er tæt på Termini og der er en metro endnu tættere på. Værelset var stort, rent og i fin stand. Personalet venligt. Hotellet ligger tilbagetrukket fra gaden, så der var ikke meget støj. Men WiFi på hotellet var ubrugeligt. Det bør de få fixet.

Necesita una reforma, las habitaciones son un poco viejas. Hay mal olor a cañerías en el baño. Por lo demás, el desayuno bien, el personal muy amable, y todo estaba muy limpio. Es caro para lo que son las habitaciones.

Not a comfortable experience

+ mostly friendly and sweet hotel staff! That was the only good thing about this place, now to the negatives which were unfortunately many: - Uncomfortable bed, it’s very hard and you can feel all springs of the mattress. Your arms will fall asleep immediately if you try to sleep on your side. - You can hear everything from upstairs and corridor, expect loud door smashing and moving furniture until 3am, starting again at 7am. - a/c made horrible extra sound like it needed repair, disturbing our sleep. - Walls were dirty, this hotel room needs some refreshing. - The room smells strongly of cleaning chemicals. - We got maybe 3 hours of sleep on the first night - all in all, a very uncomfortable stay and I would not stay here again.
