THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TRAVELLING. THEY SELL THEMSELVES AS A HOTEL IS NO WHERE NEAR THAT. EXPEDIA ALSO LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I ARRIVED TO A HOUSING BUILDING WERE THERE WERE MOSQUITOS, AFTER THAT YOU CAN’T OPEN THE DOORS WITHOUT THEM OPENING THEM FOR YOU. THE “AIR CONDITIONER” THEY PUT IN THE PICTURES DOESNT WORK IT WAS A SAUNA LITERALLY. AFTER THAT THEY TRIED TO REACCOMODATE ME IN OTHER APARTMENT. I BOOKED TWO ROOMS THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ONE I WAS WITH A BABY AND MY MOM THAT IS AN ELDERLY PERSON. SAME ISSUE NO A/C WORKING. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND NOW IT HAS BEEN AN TRAGEDY THEY ARE ONLY GIVING 20% OF MY MONEY ALTHOUGH I DID NOT SLEEP THERE BECAUSE IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE TEMPERATURE IN SUMMER IN ROME. JUST MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUT NEVER RENT HER. I AM STILL FIGHTING TO AT LEAST GET A REASONABLE REFUND AND EXPEDIA IS PART OF THIS SCAM.
