Very clean, basic room. Outstanding breakfast with all kinds of fruit cakes cereal bread yogurt etc etc beyond imagination. Excellent desk personal! Location great—half way between Coloseum and train station. Metro stop two blocks away. We will stay here again—the nuns know how to run a clean house. Elevator was a necessary plus for us 82 year old seniors.

The hotel is a Franciscan guest house staffed by very friendly and helpful lay persons with excellent command of English. My room was relatively small and simple but quite functional, clean and very quiet. It is very conveniently located. Both the Colosseum and main train station are 15-20 minute walks. Numerous dining options are also nearby.
