The host Filippo is very responsive and helpful to our needs. It is very easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp. He is very prompt in his reply to my email inquiry. When we found out there were no bath gel, shampoo or tissue papers at the house, Filippo would rush out to buy them with no questions asked. The apartment is 5 mins walk to the Spanish Steps - very very convenient. And I love the vibe of the whole area. The apartment is very stylishly done up, spacious and comfortable. There are a couple of things that could be improved: 1) The WiFi router is in the living room and the signal is quite weak and doesn't go to the back where the bedrooms are. 2) The water strength in the toilets are quite weak and makes showering a very slow process. 3) The hot water consistency is quite not good. Oftentimes in the middle of the shower, hot water can turn cold suddenly. Good thing our travel was in Autumn and days were still relatively warm most nights.
