Our room upon arrival was very good. The following day we asked for room cleaning service. It was very “partial “ but when we inquired and questioned their minimal service we were then treated quite well. Upon departure we left a thank you note and an appreciation tip. Totally recommend this property whether you stay long or a short periods of time. Food and Bar on site are very good. Staff all around deserve huge gratitude as they all went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive.

The room was decent to an extent but the couch in the room needs to be replace the arm rest material is torn. The staff was not as friendly and accommodating. There were a few announcements I believe should have been told to me as I checked in: complimentary snacks and beverages ( I missed it due to not knowing this was provided). There was a water shut-off the next day, which I never received a notice in-person, through a note, or via phone text. When I call to inquire on not being able to receive water. No staff ever suggested to accommodate the inconvenience on not being able to use the shower or bath tub. I decided to asked front desk when I was checking out and I was offered snacks, which is not equivalent to not being able to shower or bath. Very disappointed with my over all experience.

Perfect location for Grayton casino. They offer free Shuttle rides to the casino also. rooms are nice and clean. Service is excellent. Recommended.
