Staff and room were fine. Your fees were not made clear. Guest fees were higher then what was told me and there was no mention of destination fees or daily parking fees prior to . Cost me several hundred dollars in non disclosed fees. Not very cool. If known I would have gone elsewhere.

When we got there we were in a room different than what I had paid for. They could not accommodate us to a room with a balcony. It was upsetting since I paid extra for the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff professional and friendly. The valet was always ready to open the door. Pool and spa were nice and pool was warm enough to swim in November. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. And the location was walking distance to town and also close to the creek walking area. Would stay here again.
