The desk staff....Ana and Linda...were excellent. A happy smile welcomed us, and each time we were near the front desk they were always happy, smiling and helpful with any thing or question we needed. The room was excellent too. Had a problem with the tv set and the tech sent to our room was very good, listened and fixed the problem. We definitely will come back again when we are in the area. Thanks to all

I loved the comfort of my room and how there were two types of pillow firmness available to be able to choose from. The only thing I did not like was the toilet paper bar. It was rectangle and not round so it was hard for the roll to spin freely making it break after two squares at a time unless you used two hands to hold the toilet paper up and to spin at same time. Other than that it was great
