Poor customer service at Fairfield and Hotels.com
Long story short- Hotel reservation system put us in wrong room, but created a working key and personnel welcome message on tv monitor. Hotel employee wakes us at 1am to tell us we should not be in this room. We don't sleep. We request refund from Hotels.com. Hotels.com says we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager" Property manager says "Hotels.com did not contact us." Someone is not telling the truth. We have not received a refund.
