The room smells disgusting, especially the carpet, even though I asked them to clean the room. The first time, she didn't clean it until the fourth day, but they didn't change the sheets, the sink, the bathroom, or even the toilet. It's just a disaster. I was so surprised, plus the pool they dont cleaned. Please, IF YOU HAVE kids don't let THEM SWIM
