Barely made it to my sister's funeral!!
I was locked out if my room because the batteries died in the lock. After multiple trips to the front desk i requested to escalate the situation. I was told maintenance does not works on wknds. My meds, clothes, etc was in the room an i needed to get inside. 5 people tried opening the door and it did not work. I was totally devastated a n d dissatisfied.
