Property needs updating. Hook fell off the wall in the bathroom, towels had holes in them, fitness center was in a separate building out back and didn't have heat, bicycle didn't work and the treadmill didn't work correctly.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and will say again when we are in Henderson, NC. Called to confirm our reservation the morning of our arrival .. Young lady was great --- told us to have a safe trip and she would see us soon! We was awesome when w checked in -- rooms are always clean --- I like no carpet rooms -- it looks cleaner to me. Breakfast is always fresh -- w didn't eat this time -- we will be staying here again!

Waited in lobby to check in over 20 minutes; weather was great pool was closed for the season, could not enjoy even that amenity of the place; bed was sagging in middle; bathroom door was had to close; The only highlight was the sweet lady that operated the breakfast room, she had a great personality, great us with a genuine "good Morning"
