I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well cared for. The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options.

Excellent service, ambience and cleanliness. This hotel has a small footprint, making it easy to maneuver and cozy, yet elegant and relaxing. Running alongside the hotel is the Erie Canal with a lovely walking and bike path and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view. This is a place to stay when you want repose. The beds were a bit more firm than we’d love, but everything else was excellent. We stayed here for our wedding night and the amenities they offered to us to make our stay extra special were just delightful.

The property is in a fantastic location. The room however is quite depressing. It is incredible dark. I mentioned that to them and they said they would give me an extra lamp. It would not make a difference. I enrolled in keyless entry and they did not know how the process worked on my phone
