Beautifully decorated home with antiques, newly renovated chef’s kitchen and 2 cozy fireplaces . This home is in a beautiful neighborhood close to the charming village of Pittsford and steps from the Erie Canal trail and Wegmans legendary supermarkets. The house is available from 1/1/23 - 4/30/23 only and we prefer longer term rentals for at least 1 month. The house has 4 bedrooms but one will be unavailable as it will be used for storage for the owners. House has a beautiful and very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room is off the kitchen and features an antique table and lighting. The spacious living room has a window seat flanked by well stocked book shelves that look out on the pond. A cozy den has a heat producing electric fireplace and large TV.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, the master with large walk in closet and bath with double sinks and walk in shower. An king sized Airloom mattress provides for a restful and very comfortable night's sleep. 2 beautiful and well appointed guest rooms have queen beds, large closets and comfortable beds. The guest bath has a combination bath/shower.
The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to the colleges and universities and medical centers in Rochester. The house is warm, gracious and inviting.
