It did the job

The handicap room on 1st floor was good, just the blind let all of the parking lot light in which was too bright and the blind was see-through. We had to cover up the window area to get sleep.

Close to RIT. Large parking lot. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Fridge didn't work. My room was missing light blocking curtains so I fabricated a makeshift wall using the cargo cover from my rental SUV and the ironing board. There was construction debris in the stairwell.

You could tell the property had been recently renovated, but our room reeked of mildew, and the floors were coated in something that my wife described as "the bathroom floor at a beachside restroom." The staff were amazing and cleaned the room again, but every time we came in, we were assaulted by the mildew/dampness stench. I think there was also some kind of coolant leak in the AC unit as any of our clothes that were out and in close proximity to the unit all smelled terrible and had to be tossed into our laundry bag. The staff were amazing, but this property needs some TLC. We won't be going back.

Nice, quiet. clean hotel at a good price. The breakfast is very basic, as expected (waffle machine, toast, muffins, juice machine, apples, yogurt, coffee). Easy to get to right off of I-90/390.

I chose this place because thecadd said they offered breakfast. Got there and no breakfast. They were inbthe process of renovations so no breakfast. They should let online booking know as well if they are going through something. I couldn't get a discount or anything. Definitely was not happy.

Cant put it better then you get what you pay for. House keeping didnt come till the third day after i requested it the night before and that morning i had to stop a house keeper to ask them to clean our room. There was a whole in the wall and for the entire week we were there it would smell like weed at night. The faucet in our room had to be run for thirty seconds before use cuz the water was brown. Overall was an ok experience once checking in they didnt bother us but also seemed we were forgotten till check out.

The hotel is redoing rooms, unfortunately our room still seemed to be in the middle of renovation. The lights outside the window were on all night but there wasn’t a curtain to allow any sort of darkness in the room. When the rooms are finished it should be a nice hotel.
