Loved meeting Andrew at the casino. He was such an amazing security guard that brought so much of my son who passed 8 years prior. I found that my son was feeling like he was with me after taking to Andrew. I actually didn't know his name until the next day. Andrew was my son too. I believe that he somehow had something to do with bringing my son so close to me like my heart was overflowing with love.

I think that the manager of the front desk is not someone who should be working with her employees and being so unfriendly with anyone she gives the time to even try taking to her

Food could be available in the hotel. We were hungry. It would be nice to know ahead of time that the casino is full of cigarette smoke. Ug The Casino restaurant had awesome tater tots, and a pretty good Long Island drink. Thank you for the complimentary water. The room was good. I needed a puffier blanket. I do not know why our room was not serviced. We stayed 2 nights. It just would have been nice to have our bed made. The hospitality at the front desk was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The internet access was terrible whether we were on the WiFi or not. Really a pain, and a good thing to update in your infrastructure if possible. Just a note that the timer on the hot tub jets turned on but it got stuck at the 6:00 position w jets still running. The people at the little cafe were helpful and kind. Thanks!

We had the smoking room. And it was convenient however you couldn’t open the window for ventilation. Bed was ok. Over all customer service was great.
