My room was dirty the curtains were filthy around the toilet was black the dishes were in dish washer not sure if they were clean or not but I did wash them lamp shades were dirty and dusty just because I book thru expedia which was a bad idea I got the worst room but I am considering not staying at the Hilton again

This property is tired. In our 4 nights, no general areas were swept or vacuumed. Our room was tired, since thsy allow pets there was pet damage to our room. The tub was a moldy mess. Pass on this property.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The rooms are nice, loved having the kitchen. My daughter goes to RIT and it was the perfect location. Everything was clean, and if we needed something we were able to just run down and grab it. Michael checked me in and was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. He even took our family Christmas picture for us in the lobby. We asked for a few things throughout the evening and he was always nice and friendly when he helped me. I’m only rating a 4 because of the breakfast, wasn’t terrible but not a big variety and the syrup and potatoes tasted funny. Pros: customer service, location, cleanliness, great pool, nice workout gym, big spacious room Cons: The doorknob in the bathroom was broken, out of shampoo, breakfast wasn’t great

Room was spacious and clean. However, it was 57F when we got in (late) and it was after midnight before it got up to a comfortable temperature. And the floor never warmed up! Also, the parking fee took me by surprise.

The hotel was overall fairly dirty. There were stains that looked like throw up on the main floor by the elevator that was not cleaned for our 3 day stay. The pool was freezing. We had to ask them to turn the temperature up. They did a little bit it was still VERY cold especially for an indoor pool. The pull out couch was not fitted with sheets, had to ask the front desk for new ones, and they made me go down and get them, had to send him back to the store room 3 times because he kept coming back without all the items required to make a bed. Breakfast was good. As expected for an included breakfast.

Old dirty carpeting in hallways, dingy lighting, part of ceiling was breaking down in the room, pillows so flat you would need 6 to combine into one decently supportive one, bathtubs not clean, old and run down. Only redeeming factor was the breakfast area looked nice. Will NOT be staying here again.
