Not good experience.

Room was not properly cleaned before use. Bath tub was clogging and it was really bad. The room had beer bottle from previous guests.. the property overall looks good however it’s maybe lil old that’s why rooms were not really clean… We were expecting much better quality from Hilton…

*Stayed March 2025. The hotel is currently under renovation. I was in a king room with a sofa on the 6th floor. . It was a very large room. The windows went the entire length of the wall. I actually turned the desk to look out as I was working. Not much to look at but it was nice to have lots of light. The room itself is dated but comfortable. The atrium/lobby is very pretty! Lots of greenery. There is a bar and lots of places to sit. The pool is also directly off the atrium. Many of the rooms would be facing the inside of the hotel/atrium/lobby area. So, if you prefer to look outside I would let the hotel know. I was a woman traveling alone for work and felt completely safe. Tons of amenities in the area. Only minor complaint was regarding the elevator situation. They are painfully slow. Overall a very good stay. Already booked up come back later this month.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I had realized that I was going to have a hold on my card for incidentals. The hold was placed with the explanation it would come off of my card immediately after I was checked out but that did not occur. Thankfully, I did not need the money to be released immediately but a realistic timeframe would have been appreciated. Otherwise I would stay here again with my family.

I found old garbage in our room, my kids found last guests kids toys(mind you nothing can go under the bed bc the fean) but it was still left behind, stained sheet, the pool area smelled like wet dog, there was a garbage bags sitting by the elevator the whole time I was there. If I could have gotten my money back and left I would have. Wish I also thought to take pictures but I didn’t.

When we asked for clean towels and the housekeeper was rude about giving them to us. We called to have something fixed and no one ever came to fix it. Low pressure in the toilet. Parking was not plowed during a snowstorm making it difficult to get out. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were very friendly and service was excelled.

Great Location as it is close to lots of restaurants. It was a little odd that there is sliding door to the atrium but it wasn't horrible, just different. Staff was nice and the room was clean.

We arrived on the evening of 1/19/25. There was a large crowd watching a sporting event in the main lobbies and dining area. It was about 8pm and I was told that they crowd would most likely be gone by 9pm. At 1030 pm the crowd was still downstairs keeping my 3 year old daughter up. I called the front desk to complain and was told that they were working on it. We drastically changed our plans for the following day because we had to sleep in to catch up on the rest that we missed the night before.

The property was nice. Unfortunately during check-in, the “computer system went down” and the staff was unable to check me in for 35 minutes. The only other issue was that the hotel walls were paper thin, to the point that you could make out what people in the next room were saying. Everyone will definitely hear any romantic encounters. There are lots of options in the near area for dining, the hotel has a bar (expensive, but available) and it’s right off the highway. These are my reasons for my ratings. Be well everyone
