This two bedroom apartment is located in Downtown Rochester`s Corn Hill Neighborhood. Enjoy this beautiful, quiet corner of the city year round! With King and Queen beds, this stay has free private parking on site, a large functional kitchen, in-unit laundry and is a short walk to the central downtown area. Quick access to public transport and the I-490 makes travel around the Rochester area easy. This comfortable unit has everything you need to make it the perfect city stay!



This apartment is on the second floor with stair only access. You will enter the unit to an open living, dining and kitchen area. King and queen bedrooms are down the hallway along with the bathroom.



You`ll have access to the whole apartment. The building has five apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors.



Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint Corn Hill Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of downtown Rochester. Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes.



You will have designated, private parking for one vehicle just steps away from the building`s entrance. Public bus transportation is a few blocks away. There is no lack of Uber or Lyft availability to take you wherever you need to go!



IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Due to the historic nature of the neighborhood and surrounding buildings, smoking or vaping on the entire premises is strictly prohibited and enforced. For guests who smoke or vape, this can be done on the sidewalk at the front of the building.

Clean, bright, and lovely

When I arrived, it was snowing and dark, and I couldn't see the entrance signs, so I drove around for 15 minutes trying to find the back parking lot. I also couldnt find the info binder with the wifi password until scouring the place. However, EVERYTHING ELSE was absolutely lovely! Charming, ckean,bright, newly renovated in a lively but private neighborhood. I very much will come back!
