The rooms were clean and nice. Problem was the sink in the bathroom would hold water. Maintenance man came and said the clog was deep in the like. Sink still held water. There was no tv remote. Got one from the desk and it still don’t work even though I programmed it to the tv. The cable was an issue. There was no way to close the curtains to make it darker in the room while I sleep. Not my any channels worked. Would not likely stay again

The cable service is not working and no reason given. Not expected to be fixed, so that's a real problem. The ice maker was not working, no expectation of being repaired.

Did not have the. Breakfast. There was a wierd smell in the room. 2nd day did sone investigation and found it was coming from microwave. Somone must of burned something in it. Facility starting to look run down and in need of a refresh.

Room was big but the sheets, curtains or the pillow covers were not clean. Complaining was offered another room and that was even worse. Food was over even before 8:30 and was not replenished. Coffee was cold. Best part was parking I guess

My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants.

Family holiday trip 5 days. Breakfast was good and Gabrielle did an excellent job. Staff was good and Price eas good. Breakfast chairs are old and worn but still usable and comfortable. Clean place, we would stay here again.
